The Ranchi Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) conducts various programs, seminars, workshops, and events for members and students. All registrations and payments made through our official website (https://icairanchi.org/) are governed by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
All fees and charges paid for event registrations are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the registration is completed and payment is made, no request for cancellation, refund, or adjustment will be entertained.
2. Transfer of Registration
Registrations are strictly non-transferable. Substitution of participants is not allowed unless specifically permitted by the Branch in exceptional cases.
3. Event Cancellation / Postponement
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of any program due to unforeseen circumstances, the Ranchi Branch shall not be liable to refund any amount. The Branch may, at its discretion, adjust the registration against any future program, but this is not guaranteed.
4. Participant Responsibility
Participants are advised to carefully check the event details, eligibility, and schedule before completing the registration and payment. Failure to attend the event after successful registration will not entitle the participant to any refund or adjustment.
